The impact of the phenomenon of sport rivalry on fans

This study of the current knowledge and research being conducted about the phenomenon of sport rivalry introduces new avenues of research in an effort to encourage researchers outside of sport fandom to investigate it, thus providing insight from a perspective outside the field.
