I enjoyed this article very much, not the least because it clarified some ideas I have entertained myself about the origins of and motivations for "wincest" fic. At the same time, it offered some different perspectives on the subject I had not previously considered. Best of all, it avoided the trap of subjective bias often present in analyses of matters that inevitably involve issues of gender and sexuality.
